1. Cleanse

Also known as a detox, this process of removing toxins from your body deeply cleans out your system. When you cleanse yourself, you start feeling more motivated and energized – because all that stored up gunk of poisons are gone. (Toxins usually refers to artificial food ingredients, metals and pesticides hiding inside us.)

2. In & Out

If you spend more than 15 minutes a day on Facebook, Twitter or Snapchat, you definitely have time to spare. Deep breathing is a fast, effective way for reducing levels of nasty stress hormones. When these hormones peak, you become a nervous, twitching stress junkie (that no one wants to be around).

Here’s how you can get started today:

  • Exhale all air through your mouth
  • Close mouth and inhale through nose for a four count

3. Fast

Fasting for a long enough time (48-72 hours) gets rid of harmful gut flora. However, even a 24 hour “water-only fast” gets rid of your glycogen storage reserves, which means that afterward your body’s cells start burning fatty acids.

4. Eat Large Salads

Salads are awesome – when you make them right. They never fail to fill you up with a tremendously low amount of calories. Because our bodies are typically zapped of any nutrients, the right salad (made with fresh fruits and veggies – two foods our body always needs) fixes this.

Here’s one that’s super easy to make. All you need is:

  • Dinosaur kale
  • Red cabbage
  • Broccoli florets
  • Large carrots
  • Red bell pepper

Once you have those, then you’re on your way to making the “Ultimate Superfood Salad.”

5. Take a brisk walk in nature

Trees and plants (and nature in general) turn carbon dioxide—the poisonous gas—into nutrient-rich oxygen. Breathing fresh oxygen has been proved to prevent cancer and even improve moods! (What’s better than feeling happy about life and accepting yourself?)

6. Eat whole foods

One of the most miraculous ways to improve your health is, not surprisingly, eating whole (read: real) foods. Processed foods simply make us feel like crap – as they’re, by their very nature, unhealthy and loaded with artificial ingredients. Whole foods have vital nutrients and vitamins we need to feel our premium best. This includes regular fruits and veggies such as spinach, apples, and oranges, avocados, etc.

7. Drink more water

The benefits of water cannot be exaggerated – as it is our lifeline. As our blood is over 80% water and our bones are 50% water, blood cells and bones that don’t have enough water can’t restore or build new blood and bone cells. (Which, you can guess, leads to bone weakness and blood clots.) Water also lubricates our joints, leading to maximum flexibility and mobility.

Not only just plain water, but you can also drink fruit-&-vegetable juices, Kratom green tea and other health drinks which will help you detoxify your whole body and revive your overall health.

8. Exercise

When your blood is circulating properly, your vital organs (such as lungs, brain, kidneys, liver, etc.) are cleansed of by-products and toxins. Sweating (through exercise) gets your blood rate pumping – making it easier for you to literally help yourself to prime health. You don’t have to put yourself through the ringer to sweat, either. Burpees are a full body exercise that gets you sweating really quickly. (Not to mention they improve your muscular endurance, train both your upper/lower body muscles, strengthen your core and can even help you lose weight.)

Burpees are a brutal exercise, and difficult to do, but are incredibly efficient at making you healthy.
