Are you a kid that is struggling with – Stomach Issues – Weight Issues – Sleeping Issues – High Stress – No Energy – Taking Medicines If so… Kai wrote this book for you!

Kai Nunziato-Cruz is the son of Liz Cruz M.D., a board-certified Gastroenterologist, and Tina Nunziato, a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant and author of Answering the Call. Kai has watched his Moms for years help adults get well and stay well with their books, podcast, online home study program and more and felt it was his mission to take those same teachings to kids. “So many kids are sick these days, and it’s not right! We are the next generation and we need to be healthy!” If you are a kid and struggling with health issues, this book is for you. Kai teaches you about your body and why so many of us are sick these days. In addition, he will give you simple things you can do to turn your body around very quickly! If you are a kid and you are ready to get well, this book is for you!

We love how the book covers topics such as how the body works, and what it needs. It a way in which a teen, pre-teen, or tween can understand – Kai illustrates what our bodies need, how our digestive system works, and how our different organs filter and use what we provide it.

When I was young, I wondered why different symptoms and illness came along – this book goes through the different bad foods and drinks we may consume and how to rest our body. Though I never thought of stress affecting me as a child – I love that it also works through that factor. I notice more and more children, perhaps I’m just more aware in my older years, that seem to carry stress and I know it must weigh on them in multiple manners.

Through this book, your child will be given a good idea on what types of foods are best and what should probably just be considered treats and consumed sparingly.

Not only does Kai speak on what we should consider consuming (or not) – but also the benefits of moving our bodies and resting properly. For us, it’s a great supplement to our regular health discussions… when the kids want to know why we’re not having candy and cookies on a daily basis.

What others are saying:

“Kai, I feel like you wrote this book for me – thanks for all the great tips!”

“I can’t wait to see how many lives this book changes – both young and old.”

“An amazing book about our body and how to get it well, written for kids by a kid.”

“Thank you Kai for teaching our kids about their bodies and being such a great role model for good health!”

This book is available on Kindle as well as in paperback form, which we received.
