CAMPAIGN OBJECTIVE: Seeking influencers in California, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico who are Costco shoppers/members to participate in an upcoming campaign for Orb, the future of sleep vitamins.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: Each influencer will be required to create content around Orbs launch in California, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico Costco stores and post one pre-approved blog post that will also be distributed via multiple social media channels. This may include a combination of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

Compensation • Payment via PayPal • 200 Samples of ORB Sleep Complex • Reimbursement for Purchase of 1 (one) bottle of ORB Sleep Complex at Costco
Required Content Agreement • 1 Blog Post (permanent) • 1 Instagram Post (permanent) • 1 Instagram Story (24 hours) • 1 Facebook Post (permanent)
Details Around Content • Required to mention and tag @ORBWellness on Facebook and Instagram • Required to link out to www.orbwellness.com and Costco product page (link to be provided) within blog post • Required to post original photos/videos in agreed upon posts
Sponsored Promotions • ORB has opportunity to run a sponsored boost of posted content through influencers channel, coordinating together on spend and target audience (all spend to be paid by ORB)
Reporting • Influencer to provide total reach and engagement metrics around updates
Copyright • ORB will retain copyright of the image(s) and/or video(s) uploaded by Influencer, relating to ORB, and has authority to upload across their own marketing and social channels as well as share with media outlets
