Mix sugars, butter and salt in large bowl until creamy
Add egg and vanilla, mix until smooth
In separate bowl, sift together flour, and baking soda
Combine with wet ingredients until thoroughly mixed
With a large mixing spoon or spatula, fold in all chocolate chips
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to two days
Preheat oven to 350°F
Using cookie scoop, roll into balls and place on baking sheet
Bake approximately 10 - 12 minutes or just until edges begin to look golden brown
Allow cookies to fully set before serving
