Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Refrigerate these before baking for a crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside delicious treat!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • ¾ cup dark brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp white chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Mix sugars, butter and salt in large bowl until creamy
  • Add egg and vanilla, mix until smooth
  • In separate bowl, sift together flour, and baking soda
  • Combine with wet ingredients until thoroughly mixed
  • With a large mixing spoon or spatula, fold in all chocolate chips
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to two days
  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Using cookie scoop, roll into balls and place on baking sheet
  • Bake approximately 10 - 12 minutes or just until edges begin to look golden brown
  • Allow cookies to fully set before serving
