What’s in a Tom Collins
Soda Water
Simple Syrup
Lemon Juice
Gin
Ice
Garnish: lemon wheel
Garnish: maraschino cherry
Tom Collins Ingredients
ice
2 ounces London Dry Gin
Soda Water to top of glass
1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
1 ounce Lemon Juice
Garnish: lemon wheel
Garnish: maraschino cherry
How to Make a Tom Collins
1. Add gin, syrup, and lemon juice to class (Or add to cocktail shaker, and shake)
2. Fill with ice
3. Fill to top with soda water
4. Stir
5. Garnish with lemon wheel and maraschino cherry
