This has become one of our favorite easy to make meals, with only 6 ingredients, short prep time and the use of the slow-cooker – it sure does make home-cooking simple and affordable.

You Will Need:

  • 4 Boneless, Skin Less Chicken Breasts, Cut in Halves
  • 1-2 boxes of Stuffing
  • 1 Can of Mushroom Soup
  • 3/4 Cup of Sour Cream
  • 1/3 Cup of Water
  • 1 Bag of Frozen Green Beans

Directions:

Spray the slow-cooker with cooking spray and lay the chicken breasts flat, cover with the stuffing. In a separate bowl mix the soup, sour cream and water together, pour into the slow-cooker. Add frozen green beans. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. (or 4 hours on high)
