Our Holiday Adventures in the Toyota Sienna
This time of year is beyond busy – so much to do, a lot of fun places to go, numerous events to attend, and many chances for memory-making with those we love. In all of the controlled-chaos that the holidays can bring – it was fun to enjoy this adventurous time of year in the Toyota Sienna – and to take a look at how it helped carry us through these fun times.
We spent a lot of time driving to Christmas parties, gift exchanges, caroling outings, viewing light displays, and visiting local holiday-themed attractions. It was such a fun week – and I’m grateful that the Sienna was a comfy vehicle to spend all of these miles in. Phew!
Yesterday’s break from Christmas shopping! Does this wear anyone else out? I’m sure I trippled my step count for the day. 😂 But I still needed to go more places after a sweet tea time-out. 😉 The #Sienna‘s comfy seats do help. #swaggerwagon #LetsGoPlaces #DriveToyota@Toyota pic.twitter.com/J4IMPw6Scb

Fall in love with Sienna’s inviting soft-touch seating and available premium contrast stitching, but don’t forget about all the technology. We designed Sienna to be the perfect partner no matter where the day takes you. A cockpit-like driver’s area with an available 7-in. touch-screen and 4.2-in. color MID screen, plus easy-to-use climate controls, helps make every trip a little more enjoyable. Sienna’s tech and comfort help keep parents and kids rolling in style.
Even though we enjoyed nearly every aspect of the Swagger Wagon, here are the top 5 things we loved about the Toyota Sienna:
1: Dual View Entertainment Center

Because, of course. This was the number one question asked by the kids before the Sienna arrived – and the main chatter through the week. What’s a trip through the local Christmas lights display without A Charlie Brown Christmas playing in the background – or choosing TWO Christmas cartoons to play at one time?
The rear seat just got better. The available Dual-View Entertainment Center22 has Blu-ray capability and includes a 16.4-in. color display, SD and HDMI inputs, two 120V AC power outlets and a remote with two wireless headphones.23 Its unique screen can display one wide-angle image or two smaller images from separate sources at the same time.
2: Comfort
The Sienna features — SUPER COMFORTABLE SEATS. Just sayin’. Everything from the smooth ride, the oh-so-soft seating, and leather dashboard made all the miles spent behind the wheel – hauling cookies, and presents – much easier to deal with.
3: Space
Taking a lot of kids or family members out to see the lights? I quickly found that you need a lot of space for this type of outing. A lot of kiddos plus winter coats, and hot cocoa requires a lot of elbow room!
Weren’t these lights breathtaking? We had so much fun getting there listening to music and watching favorite movies.
These passengers are much less talkative than my kiddos 😂 Think I’m down to one more gift I need to buy for Christmas! Are you done yet? Think these two snowmen have been big helpers. 😁 #LetsGoPlaces #DriveToyota#Toyota #Sienna @Toyota #review #travel #driving #Christmas pic.twitter.com/a5KTu3U1no

4: Speed Limit Warning
My FAVORITE feature was a very helpful surprise. I often find that I’m a little unsure if the speed limit has changed as I drive through different counties, states, and enter new roads.
Did I miss a sign? Yep! How fast is everyone else going? Is this considered a county road and what’s the speed limit?
If you have those moments, you’ll apprecate the Sienna’s ability to display the current speed limit.
5: All-Wheel Drive
We live in snow-country and liked that the Sienna is one of the only minivans to offer an AWD option. Getting up and going, when snow has slowed down or stopped your trip, is a nice benefit in the family vehicle.
This would also be a great element when we’re traveling to some of our favorite hiking destinations in the mountains!
