Are you a fan of drinking a glass of eggnog during the holidays? Eggnog is a delicious treat that I enjoy occasionally. But even a small bottle of it has a ton of calories and fat per serving. Holy crap! Eggnog is so bad for you. I think I just gained 5 pounds just looking at the bottle of egg nog.

I’m not one to spend a ton of time making homemade drinks, such as eggnog. But I with a few simple substitutions, you can easily make this addicting drink a bit healthier and not feel guilty enjoying a glass this holiday season.

Since I don’t personally have any healthy eggnog recipes, I decided to find some healthy eggnog recipes for you. While I did my best to find healthy eggnog recipes, one might have slipped by that may not have been the healthiest choice. If that happens, please feel free to modify the ingredients to suit your own needs and swap out the unhealthy ingredients that make eggnog unhealthy.
