A Fourth of July celebration doesn’t have to last one day, especially when celebrating at Cedar Point! Four days of festivities await Friday, July 1 through Monday, July 4. Find you patriotic side at the park with a limited-time ticket offer, free admission for members of the U.S. Armed Forces and one of the biggest fireworks displays in the Midwest.
Free Admission for Military
Cedar Point honors the brave men and women who have fought for our freedom and continue to protect our country with free admission into Cedar Point. All active, retired and honorably-discharged members of the military will receive one complimentary adult admission ticket July 1 – 4 with a valid ID. (Valid forms of ID include: active duty ID, retired personnel ID, VA ID or a copy of DD-214 discharge papers and photo ID.) Military members may also purchase up to six discounted tickets for immediate family members for $43 each, a savings of $22 off the regular gate price. These tickets and the free tickets for military are available at park admission windows only.
Money-Saving Offer
Guests can save more than $100 off the gate price when they purchase a Light Up the Point admission four pack. This special deal is valid for a one-day admission to Cedar Point now through July 4 for just $39.99 each. This offer is available online only, and guests must purchase a minimum of four tickets.
Cedar Point’s Fantastic Fireworks
The night sky will illuminate with bright, animated shapes and colors as Cedar Point’s Fantastic Fireworks are brought to life on the shores of Lake Erie at 10:30 p.m. each night. Plus, every guest who visits on July 4 will receive a pair of 3D viewing glasses when they enter the park. The viewing glasses provide spectacular three-dimensional rainbow starbursts as the brilliant light from each firework passes through, taking the thrill of viewing fireworks to the next level.
VIP Viewing Party on the Cedar Point Beach
The best seats for the Fantastic Fireworks are on the Cedar Point Beach at the VIP Viewing Party. For just $20 for adults and $15 for kids 12 & under, guests will enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet of hamburgers, brats, chips and drinks. They’ll also receive 3D viewing glasses and a reserved chair on the beach. Seating is limited. Guests are encouraged to purchase tickets online in advance.
All-American Grill Out
Cedar Point is firing up the grill with summertime favorites on July 4. The All-American Grill Out is an all-you-can-eat meal, including fried chicken, grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, pasta salad, potato salad, macaroni salad, baked beans, watermelon, chips, cookies, ice cream and unlimited Coca-Cola fountain drinks. The setting is the best backyard on the Great Lakes – the beautiful Lakeside Pavilion adjacent to the Cedar Point Beach. Guests can save $5 on the All-American Grill Out when they purchase tickets online in advance for only $19 for adults and $14 for kids 12 & under; ticket prices at the park are $24 for adults and $19 for kids 12 & under.
