Happy Friday! What a treat I have for you today. I’d like to call it recipe cards for 5 simple-to-make recipes of 5 ingredients or less. Finally, I’m presenting you with a blog post that you can really sink your teeth into.

Now, I can’t take full credit for these recipes, because all of them were originally found online or in a cookbook of recipes, but I’ve tweaked each one of them to use per my family members’ preferences. And, you can take these same recipes and adjust them to meet the needs of your family members as well.

Anyway, I know that more and more of us are spending ample amounts of time at home these days, but that doesn’t mean we want to spend the majority of that time in the kitchen. So, I wanted to present some easy, quick-to-prepare “complementary” sides that can be used multiple times throughout the week and/or can be used as the perfect accent to multiple main dishes.

And if you thought I’d give you a list of the 5 recipes in this post, then you’re sadly mistaken, my friend. It’s a surprise. You’ll just have to get your hands on today’s freebie to find out the 5 complimentary sides and the helpful tips for their uses in the “Recipe Notes” included after the recipe cards.

So, no need to prolong the freebie goodie. Click on the link here to get you there.

Hey, have a wonderful weekend. And cherish this time you’ve been given to spend at home with your families. Hopefully, you can work together to put some of these recipes to good use.

Welcome to the life lessons of Jana Williams, the wife of a wonderful husband and mother of three awe-inspiring children who are the motivation for what you will read in my blog, Degrees of Maternity. I am a former Human Resources Professional with a proven record in the delivery of quality customer service and administrative support for over ten years in industries such as education, medical, and aircraft. My areas of expertise include call center customer support, information systems support, company policy administration, compensation, benefits administration, and virtual school instruction. After receiving both a bachelor's and master's degree in Business Administration and working for various companies and organizations for over fifteen years, I had the opportunity to homeschool my youngest child for two years. Once my son returned to public school, I decided to put together the knowledge I have gained as a workplace professional and mother and create Degrees of Maternity. Through this blog, I have managed to combine two areas of focus that I am extremely passionate about (writing and my role as a mother). My ultimate goal is to provide beneficial hints, tips, suggestions, reflections, and product offerings related to education, family relationships, personal/professional development, and health and wellness...all from a mother's perspective.
