We had an amazing time at Beach Cove Resort – and could have spent an entire month enjoying their property and amenities. The rooms had everything we needed to feel as though we were visiting our home-away-from-home. The view was breathtaking at all hours of the day and night. The pools were sparkling, fun, and relaxing all at the same time. Everyone, from other guests to staff, were so friendly and helpful. We were also able to get a nice workout in and enjoy the Racquetball Court.
From sunrise through sunset – the view was absolutely amazing. A walkout balcony gave us a fantastic view of the pool deck below as well as the beautiful beach and ocean just beyond that. I loved heading to the balcony to have a cup of coffee as the sun came up over the ocean each morning. The kids enjoyed having lunch or a snack on the balcony while watching others play on the beach. All of us enjoyed watching as the moon slowly appeared in the evening. I’m not sure that anything beats an ocean view.
The Pools and Beach
We split our days between the warm, sandy beach and the many pool options on the Beach Cove Resort Pool Deck. Between the ocean, three heated outdoor pools, three beachfront whirlpools, a kiddie pool, a lazy river, an indoor pool, whirlpool and sauna – we were completely set for a week of relaxation and fun. On top of all of those options were four dining areas that made it possible to spend the entire day at the resort… and not have to cook!
Convenient and Delicious Meal Options
- The Tradewinds Cafe is a relaxing place to start your day with a Southern style buffet breakfast before heading out to enjoy a day at the beach, pools or an adventure around Myrtle Beach.
- The Breeze’s Beach Bar and Grill (open seasonally) was great when wanted to stay on the pool deck and enjoy a meal.
- The Grab N’ Go Grill & Coffee Bar, located in the Town Center, is a great choice for quickly grabbing a lunch or dinner to enjoy in our room, the pool deck or beach.
- The Tipsy Turtle is also located in the Town Center and is a great place to grab a quick drink or the perfect place to watch a game.
The tropical oceanfront pool deck is a popular spot for all guests looking to soak in the sun or take a dip in any of our four pools, three whirlpools or giant lazy river. With spectacular views of the Atlantic, you can surround yourself in the tropical oasis of Beach Cove Resort. Step outside and relax in the peaceful setting and get whisked away by the surrounding beauty. With lush palm trees, fountains and beautiful landscaping, you will feel as if you have found your own special place in North Myrtle Beach.
It was great to have so much space available to us in our suite at Beach Cove. Having two queen-size beds and a sleeper sofa, it slept six people and was more than enough room for the four of us. The kids split their nights between one of the queen beds and the sleeper sofa which they thought was so very neat!
The refrigerator, microwave and stove allowed us to cook any number of meals in our suite that we wished. We planned several meals, and grabbed the needed items from a nearby grocery store.
The One Bedroom Oceanfront Executive Suite is perfect for couples or small families visiting North Myrtle Beach. Featuring an efficiency kitchen/living room and bedroom, this suite can sleep up to two adults and four children, and sits at about 600 square feet.
Each and every person we came in contact with at Beach Cove was so very friendly. If we needed something, or happened to just pass by – an employee always made sure to greet us. When at moments we needed to call for assistance with a question or a needed item – someone was always with us immediately to help. Even when we went to the beach or to the pools, other guests were friendly, happy and very evidently enjoying themselves as we were.
