Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Refrigerate these before baking for a crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside delicious treat!
Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Crispy chewy perfection
Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- ¾ cup dark brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 large egg (room temperature)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix sugars, butter and salt in large bowl until creamy
- Add egg and vanilla, mix until smooth
- In separate bowl, sift together flour, and baking soda
- Combine with wet ingredients until thoroughly mixed
- With a large mixing spoon or spatula, fold in all chocolate chips
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to two days
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Using cookie scoop, roll into balls and place on baking sheet
- Bake approximately 10 - 12 minutes or just until edges begin to look golden brown
- Allow cookies to fully set before serving
